Offer real GLP-1 care as an employee benefit.
Doctors Weight Control helps Florida employers offer physician-supervised weight management without adding a complicated benefits platform, insurance process, or HR burden.
A meaningful benefit without a heavy lift.
Weight management is already part of the benefits conversation. This gives employers a simple, physician-led way to support employees while keeping administration light.
Useful for employees
Employees get access to private GLP-1 consultations, medical review, program options, and ongoing physician-led care from a Florida practice.
Simple for HR
Employers share the benefit link and one-pager. Doctors Weight Control handles enrollment, physician care, follow-up, and program administration.
Flexible for budgets
Employers can start with a no-cost discount tier or offer a monthly subsidy for employees who actively enroll.
From employer signup to employee care.
The process is built so employers can offer the benefit without managing medical decisions or employee health information.
Employer selects a tier
The employer chooses discount, subsidized, or sponsored benefit access.
We activate the account
We create the employer code, prepare the employee one-pager, and set up billing if needed.
Employees enroll directly
Employees use the corporate link and code to submit their own enrollment request.
Basic eligibility check
If needed, our office confirms basic employment status with the employer contact. No health details are shared.
Dr. Bartemus handles care
Verified employees book a private consultation and receive care only if clinically appropriate.
Monthly follow-up
We reconcile active enrollments, billing, adoption, and employer communication.
Three ways to offer the program.

Statewide physician-led GLP-1 telehealth
Eligible Florida employees can receive ongoing GLP-1 care through telehealth with Dr. Robert Bartemus personally. Consultations, prescribing decisions, follow-up, dose adjustments, and maintenance are handled directly by Dr. Bartemus, not a nurse or practitioner.
Central Florida office options
Patients living in Central Florida can also come to one of our two office locations in Clermont or Ocoee when in-person care is preferred or required. Controlled medication programs require in-office visits and are not handled as 100% telehealth.
Employers do not manage medical care.
- Employees work directly with Doctors Weight Control for consultation, treatment decisions, follow-up, and maintenance.
- Doctors Weight Control does not share diagnoses, prescriptions, clinical notes, treatment decisions, or outcomes with the employer.
- The employer does not collect or manage employee medical information.
- Employer communication is limited to administrative enrollment and billing needs.
Simple answers for employers.
Do we need to manage employee medical information?
No. Your role is limited to sharing the benefit and confirming employment when asked.
Do employees have to be in Florida?
Yes. Telehealth GLP-1 care is available for employees located in Florida.
What if no one enrolls?
Tier 2 and Tier 3 employer charges are tied to active enrollment. If no one enrolls, there is no active employee subsidy to bill.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many employers can begin with the no-cost discount tier and later add a subsidy if employee interest grows.
Care led directly by Dr. Robert L. Bartemus.
Board-Certified Family Physician
Doctors Weight Control is continued physician-led care, not a one-time prescription request. Corporate program patients work directly with Dr. Bartemus for medical consultation, treatment decisions, follow-up, dose adjustments, and maintenance.
GLP-1 medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate, and medical care is handled by Dr. Bartemus personally rather than routed through a nurse or practitioner.
